Looking for a home, when I say that, I mean, a hospital where I can put my skills to good use. I am a travel nurse(a passion for neurosurgery). The OR is the most expensive real-estate of a hospital. With saying that, I understand and subscribe to fiscal responsibility. When it comes to healthcare, I am familiar with the terms; lean, work flow science, and productivity. As an international nurse, I am aware of the challenges of budgets but at the same time, delivering excellent patient care. When it takes new nurses weeks and sometimes months to learn the OR, it takes me 3 days to learn your hospital (no matter the size). Including: technology, EMR, policy and procedures. I enjoy t...
