• Validating the suitable manufactures and creating Manufacture Change Orders(MCO)
• Creating a Purchased order (PO) for part Numbers, BOM Structures and MCO in Agile &
BAAN for new Products as well as Quality auditing.
• Worked on tools like PRO-E, AutoCAD, BAAN, AGILE, ADONIX, PDP, EWB,
WINDCHILL PRODUCT ANALYSIS.
• Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates / Design
modifications.
• Creating Approval Manufactures Lists, Creating and Deleting Parts in Agile.
• Analyze the new parts and send reports to Product Change Notifications (PCN) to across
site to get complete BOM details.
• Work closely with manufacturing site for getting access parts and absorbing to avoid risk
factors.
• Working closely with customer tool like ORACLE to ensure that what kind of changes need
to be carrying out.
• Compare both AGILE BOM and Customer BOM structures and implementing the
discrepancies between those two structures in agile.
• Had knowledge in macro creation in MS excel and reduced process timing. And I have
improved process timing by implementing macros and certified 3 internal SGA.
2. • Provide ROHS complaints about the component to ensure the details which includes human
hazardous Percentage to the Environmental Complaints (EC) team through WINCHILL.
• Knowledge in Six sigma, FMEA, CAPA, Pareto, 5Y analysis, VSM, Fish bone diagram.
• Had knowledge in PDP and EWB tool to analyzing two different BOMs.
• Main role is to convert the purchase order to sales order and also to produce a complete
workforce in entire process validation and quality maintenance of customer’s purchase
order
• Working in Kinaxis tool where I report BOM structure and changes happened in BOM.
• Through Kinaxis report I can find what are the changes to be done on BOM which I’m
getting from customer.
• Validating all the orders in various parameters like stock availability, Order Type, On time
delivery , Pricing of material, Inco terms and all other factors that support customer’s
requirement Deeply coordinate with the production division regarding the quality
certificates for the product and also Implementation of customized product requirement
from client to plant
• Determining the shipment route by factors like order weight, volume, lead-time and transit
time of the consignment.
• Handling all International orders especially transaction from US to Outside US and all the
domestic orders of the client across globe to provide better satisfaction of customer.
• Mainly acted as Pricing analyst by making a pricing research in tools like Market Price
Database, pricing, LOQS, Enterprise Products Search for our client customer’s and
quoting the order price.
• Involved in analyzing , reviewing and comparing the price of the product along with
published customer quote and produce the final fixed quote for a certain duration by
coordinating with division and also CAA’s.
• Mainly involved in determine the shipment route based on the factors like weight, price,
Lead time, Freight charge and Volume.
• Tracking the physical movement of the shipments from various carrier, liner and client
websites and also updating the tracking information details to the customers periodically.
• Handling various queries and concerns and co-coordinating with the Facility, Ship desk,
3PL (Third party Logistics), TLC (Transportation and Logistics channel services) and CAA
(Customer Account Analyst) for the smooth flow of operations
