2. Introduction
Indian industries such as hydraulics aerospace, automotive has been
making rapid stride towards achievement of world-class quality
system by imbibing ISO 9000/QS 900-quality system.
There components manufacture also produce highly
engineered precision products in diverse business segments namely
hydraulics aerospace, automotive and defiance. International
national standards are also kept in mind while producing these
products. Dynamatic technologies limited (DTL) was incorporated on
8th march 1973 and promoted by Mr. J.K.Malhotra. DTL was
established with technical collaboration from Dowty Hydraulics unit
Limited, UK it was the known as Dynamatic Hydraulics Limited.

9. STRENGTHS
• The company is Asia’s largest producer of hydraulic
gear pumps and one of the top five worldwide.
• Company is now supplying hydraulic gear pumps to
all 14 –tractor manufacturers in India.
• Excellent engineering laboratory.
• Single source supplier.
• DTL’s esteemed clients include global giants like
john Deere, new Holland, Indian army, caterpillar,
JCB and airbus etc..
10. WEAKNESS
• Currently as high as 29 % of DTS total raw material
requirement is imported, increasing dependence on
imports for raw material is dangerous especially when
the rupee is weak.
• Power intensive, deportment on power and any
miscarriage here results in under utilization of capacity.
• Needs updating with the times in terms of plant and
machinery.
• No funds raised on a short term basis are used for
investment only which have been form long terms is
used for investment purpose.
11. OPPORTUNITIES & THREATS

1) The outsourcing boom in auto component industry offers great
opportuini8es for growth
2) Company presently operates predominately in the highway vehicle
segment.
3) Company can develop numerous variants of pumps used in the industrial
sector.
4) Company can put in serious efforts to R & D.
• THREATS
1) Auto manufacturers replace metals with plastic.
2) The company face huge competition this leads to decreasing trend in
performance.
3) New players engaged with new innovations and updating materials are
bought to market.
12. FINDINGS
• The project is related to the study on accounting system and accounting policy
keeping the following objective are finding arrived after analysis and interpretation.
• From research it is found that in the company accessories are maintained properly.
• The marketing department has its different strategies like pricing, promotion, and
place,
• The company transactions are recorded in computer only by using of oracles
software packages. That CCMS & IIMS.
• Company follows abridged financial schedules.
• The net profit of the company increase compare to previous year.
• The company has its structural way of business.
• The company has maintained customer feedback mechanism.
• And also maintained complaint handling mechanism.
• The company has its own marketing information system. (MIS)
• And an agent and dealer management as well as strategies for customer
relationship management (CRM)
13. SUGGESTION
• According policies followed by the company are consistent form period to period to
facilitate comparison except that revenue recognition for other income they are
specified and disclosed in the financial statement.
• The company should use latest technology in manufacturing.
• The company should introduce new marketing strategies of build the customer
base and of strengths its sales.
• First of all, the company is suggested to take up new environmental and effective
projects of fulfilling the power requirements of the state.
• Some of the accounting standards are mandatory in the organization without giving
the preference to the time. It is suggested to the Board and the institute to give
organization breathing time.
• The company should consider the geographical importance and interests of the
people while constructing a power plant.
14. Conclusion
“Employees are the back bone of any company, especially in the
industry and their performance depends on the environment in which
they work.” This statement is upheld by the results of the study. The
study has thrown light on the attitude of employees. There was a mixed
response on various aspects. They are extremely happy with the targets
set for them and quality of the products and services. There is good
relation between superiors and subordinates and among different
departments. At the same time, there are areas in which the employees
are bit unhappy. They were not happy about the remuneration they
received. They also felt that the company has to provide them with
better training. However, the employees are happy with their overall
experience at Dinamatic technology pvt. ltd, Bangalore.
