It has been my pleasure to have worked alongside Mr. Ramiz Morina in his duties as a Fuels
Operator/Driver on LOGCAP IV, Afghanistan. During the last 4 ½ years, Mr. Morina has
been an integral part of the fuels team.
Mr. Morina has performed his assigned duties to the highest standard, following all safety
and procedural guidelines. His efforts have ensured the customer received the best possible
service needed to complete their mission. He has completed all training required to work
Bulk/ Retail and FARP operations and is well versed in spill mitigation and fire prevention.
His knowledge of fuel operations allowed me the flexibility to place him in a position to most
benefit the US Government and Coalition Forces in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
I have no hesitation recommending Mr. Morina for any position he has applied for. His
professionalism and dedication to his assigned tasks make him an asset to any team.
