Project Synopsis:
Energy Components (EC) is the worlds' leading hydrocarbon accounting (HCA) software suite
(supplied by Tieto) for production data management in oil and gas industry in upstream
operations. It provides the possibility to manage business in a controlled manner, according to
industry best practices with full traceability, audit ability at all levels.
EC helps you monitor business processes for production, transport, sales and revenue of oil and
gas. By monitoring and reporting every hydrocarbon produced, transported or sold, you
determine the value of the oil and gas from different sources. With complex contractual
agreements to observe, it is commercially critical to have a system which accurately allocates and
calculates these values. The solution it offers covers functionality required by upstream
organizations from production allocation and reporting to invoicing and billing, plus control of any
data relevant for revenue recognition, forecasting/budgeting and includes a two-way interface
with financial accounting systems.

single entity and maintain the loans till closure. The parent Bank (pBB) started off the subsidiary
Bank (FMS WM) accordingly.
The purpose of this bank is: Aurelius project is involved in building a Wind-down analysis
system for various financial assets, which helps to analyze the risk positions and unwind them in a
manner aimed at maximizing the assets value for the purpose of stabilizing the financial market.

Project Synopsis:
Global Transfer Agency Platform (GTAP) product is a combination of Flexcube Investor
Services (FCIS) and SAP Business Objects XI 3.1. This has been developed with a specific
focus of complete solution for financial institutions looking to outsource their investor record
keeping including registrar, transfer agency, dealing agency and representative responsibilities. It
provides a comprehensive customer servicing solution for mutual funds. GTAP aims at supporting
multiple Jurisdictions across the globe from a single point of contact, by implementing a single
robust system across the jurisdictions which will reduce the operations and maintenance costs.
This project is now successfully implemented in nine locations across the world and more
locations are scheduled to migrate to this platform from various legacy systems. It automates the
entire Transaction Processing, Registry and Transfer Agency functions within a Mutual Fund
Company. All the reporting requirements are supported from the Centre of Excellence, where
various reports are developed ranging from Fund Manager Reports, Investor Reports, and Audit
Reports to jurisdiction Specific reports etc.
