The Referral Bonus Program
Effective January 1 - December 31 with the intent to review and improve each year

Bonus Payout Schedule
● 90 days: Referring employee receives $500
● 1 year anniversary: Referring employee receives $1,000
bonus
● 90 days: $500 bonus for Friends of Mission

Eligibility
● Full-time positions only
● The following team members are not eligible:
○ Talent Acquisition
○ Management team members referring in their chain of command
○ Executive team members (VP level and above)
● Candidates cannot be in our ATS and contacted within the last 12 months.
● Candidates MUST have referring employee's name on their profile in our ATS,
Lever.
● Former employees are not eligible candidates for this program.
● If you leave Mission, you are not eligible for bonus payout
