Maintenance
Following points are related to the maintenance facility of m4mlm software:(i) If during the 1st year of this, Customer notifies Substantial program error respecting
the Software, We shall at our expense verify and attempt to correct such error within
thirty (30) working days after the date of notification. If customer is not satisfied with
the correction, then customer may terminate this Agreement, but without refund of any
amount paid to company or release of any amounts due at the time of termination.
(ii) In the case that customer has technical questions in the use of the Software during
the 1st year; customer may submit those questions to the company.
(iii) If Customer desires to continue the Software support specified after one year,
Customer shall pay to Company the maintenance fee.

12. Agreement
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to license software for the purpose of Multi-Level
Marketing and Licenser desires to license this software to licensee.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, NEAR grants to Licensee a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use for the purpose of Multi-Level Marketing.
Licensee may use the Licensed Programs in executable format for its own use, and may
translate or modify the licensed programs or incorporate them into other software.
Licensee may not, however, transfer or sublicense the Licensed Programs to any third
party, in whole or in part, in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
2. Delivery of Software

17. The Licensor willdeliver the Software to the Licensee within 30 Business Days
following the order Date.
3. Company Terms for Project Agreement
1.
Non-Payment Projects shall be deleted without any notifications. Maximum
Duration of Late Payment is 10 days after completion. The Customer can’t claim
any legal activities for his payment/project towards project is unacceptable.
2.
Refund After signup the client can't claim Refund under any circumstances.
At the same time, if we couldn’t process/continue the project we will refund the
amount fully. Refund normally processed within 45 working days. Other refund
request shall be ignored.
3.
Updating the Design, Development Specifications possible. But it’s all in
the client side programming only. Not with Server-side. For MLM Projects if you
need to change any business plan it’s not possible after project started. For Overload
of Project updations we charging extra fees.
4.
Customer Age should be at-least 18 years for legal issues.
5.
The Agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement
between Developer and the Client regarding the website/software project
6.
Copyright for Plans: We never share your business plan with third-parties.
By the way if you give all your specifications of plan in website, and a customer
need to do the same plan you given its possible way to replicate. We recommends
you to protect your business plan, you need to hide most of the important secrets of
your business plan.
7.
Responsibility: Software Developer has not responsible for your site
contents, database, server down, spam, hacking, virus or others. When you add our
AMC service its all under our control and responsibility.
8.
Licensing: For any range of MLM Developments we never share website
FTP details, any other details of client, because of software licensing protection. In
Developer License only you can access this all.
9.
Support: We offer our Best Support through Chat/Email/phone. All your
requests may be cleared within 48 Working Hours.
4. Compensation
Buyer shall pay to Developer the Purchasing Price of the project according to the
payment term.
5. Warranties
The Licensee represents to the Licensor that it has the legal right and authority
to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement.


The Licensor represents to the Licensee:
(a) That it has the legal right and authority to enter into and perform its obligations
under this Agreement;
(b) That the Software supplied by the Licensor performs in accordance with the
term says by developer.
6. Maintenance support
Licensor will provide to Licensee the following support with respect to the
Software:
(i) If during the 1st year of this Agreement, Licensee notifies Licensor of a
Substantial program error respecting the Software, or Licensor has reason to
believe that error exists in the Software and so notifies Licensee, Licensor shall at
its expense verify and attempt to correct such error within thirty (30) working days
after the date of notification. If Licensee is not satisfied with the correction, then
Licensee may terminate this Agreement, but without refund of any amount paid to
Licensor or release of any amounts due Licensor at the time of termination.
(ii) In the case that Licensee has technical questions in the use of the Software
during the 1st year of this Agreement, Licensee may submit those questions to
Licensor.
Licensor shall provide consulting to answer such questions without charge to
Licensee up to a maximum of sixteen (16) hours for each licensed program.
(iii) If License desires to continue the Software support specified in this section,
Licensee shall pay to Licensor the maintenance fee
7. Notices
All notices and other communications required or permitted hereunder or necessary
or convenient in connection herewith shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have
been given when mailed by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, or by
commercial overnight delivery service addressed as follows.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties as to the subject
matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements whether oral or

13. How to place an order
To place a purchase order with M4MLM, please follow these steps:

Send a copy of your purchase order form with complete descriptive information
