Job Description
Audit & Inspection:
This area comprises to provide the management with analysis, appraisals, observations and
recommendations concerning the activity reviewed.
It extends to financial as well as other operational areas, to provide both protective and constructive
services and involves substantive checking in key areas and on the spot rectification of deficiencies to
preclude the incidence of serious errors and fraudulent manipulations.

I joined Punjab National Bank as a Management Trainee in December 1981 and continued up to June
2014 in various grade and positions. Out of approx..33 years of service in the bank in the officer grades,
my exposure to the Internal Audit work was more than 17 years.
Present Status
I have taken VRS from Punjab National Bank on 26.06.2014 and accepted the offer from M/S Nitesh
Estates Ltd. On 2nd
July 2015 as AGM Internal Audit.
My exposure in the present company is in
1. Various contracts made by the company in connection with building activity like Civil contractors,
consultants etc
2. Periodic audit of the different processes of the company. .
3. Coordination with M/S Delloitte (the Internal Auditors for the company) in carrying out their scope
