I wake up everyday to put a smile on customer's face. I currently work as a member of SWAT team who reviews customer escalations. This position requires reviewing codes (our own and customer's) in the context of specific complex problems the customer experiences and offer reliefs, The "job" also requires me to think on my own feet and combine whatever skills I posses (typically troubleshooting and coding). I'm allowed to "just do whatever is needed" to relieve the customer's pain; and attempt to simplify a complex problem/issue so they're manageable.
