- 2. Human Dermal Fibroblasts Human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) in the skin are derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) during embryonic development. HDFs are abundant in the human body, they contribute to the formation of connective tissue and have multi-directional differentiation potential. It is an immunolabeling technique that uses antibodies chemically linked to a fluorescent substance to demonstrate the presence of a certain molecule. - 10. 10 CONCLUSIONS Thanks to the different techniques in molecular biology, great advances can be made that could allow new medical treatments in the future, as in this case, an alternative to repair damaged blood vessels and prevent ischemic processes. The understanding of molecular processes in cells allows scientific progress to propose new ideas for medical intervention in different fields, such as cell therapy in tissue recovery, cancer prevention, treatments for chronic diseases, etc.
