 Started in April 2007 by a professional with 2 decades of Industrial experience,
predominantly in Project Implementation, Vendor Development & Site Management serving
corporate India. Our Experience includes Projects in Industrial, PORT, Power Plant
Division, Infra, Hotel, Residential &Warehouse projects.
 A Track record of successful implementation of more than 10 projects of varying sizes from
a few crores to hundreds of crores within the specified time span for each of the project.
 We take up project constructions on Turn-key / Standalone basis including Structural,
Equipments Erection & piping, Electrical, HVAC & MEP Services.
 We have adequate 'professionally qualified' engineers with us for taking up Project
Management services including site management and effective implementation of projects.

M.RAVICHANDER (ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL ENGINEER)
 Having an experience of around two decades, has worked as Project
in-charge (Electrical) on Project Management Divisions of BABTIE, UK.
He has traveled all over India to provide power solutions. In Chennai
Port Trust, as a team head successfully completed 100 Crores
electrical and mechanical works.
 Also associated with some of the leading companies like Ennore Coal
Port Trust, National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai, Indian
Institute of Management, Kozhikode, ABB, Salem Steel Plant, NLC,
Jindal, Co-generation Power Plant, SHRIRAM EPC, GEA, FICHTNER,
BMT, RINA,Turbomach and STUP consultants.

K.KOTTESWARAN (MECHANICAL ENGINEER)
 Having 20 years of experience in Machinery Erection, Installation,
Testing and Commissioning in various Industrial projects, Hotel

 Maintenance for HVAC Plant, DG (up to 2000KVA) Special
Purpose Machine, Heavy Equipment Erection Alignment, NDT
Testing, Material Handling System and QS works.

 Having 23 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Erection,
Installation, Testing and Commissioning in various Oil Plant,
Industrial projects, IT park buildings, and Office Buildings for MEP

 Maintenance for HVAC Plant, DG (HT & LT), Special Purpose
Machine, Machinery Erection Alignment, NDT Testing, Material
