Was Instrumental in streamlining accounts and finance function in Saudi Arabia for entire group
Companies: JAVA TIME – Riyadh - KSA, having turnover of INR: 100 Crores.Introduced various
internal controls and internal checks for smooth functioning of the department comprising team
of 06 Number.
Was instrumental in Completing Entire organizational Due diligence in M/s. DRS Logistics Private
Ltd – Secunderabad, for Private Equity Infusion to the extent of INR: 100.00 Crores by M/s.Kotak
Mahindra Bank. The Financial due diligence was carried out by M/s.Delloite Haskin & Sells &
legal due diligence by M/s. Dua Associates - Famous Indian Attorneys.
Handled Two Big Audit Firms: M/s. Price Water House & Lee Coopers and Delloite Haskins and
Sells during statutory Audit and Due diligence of M/s. DRS Logistics Private Ltd – Secunderabad,
