4. From the drop down menu click “More
Commands..”

5. Choose command to Add to Quick Access

6. Three new commands “page setup”,
“quick print” and “new” Added

7. You can click the check box “show quick
access toobar bellow the ribbon” and Click OK

8. Now “Quick Access Toolbar” is under
the ribbon with 3 new buttons

9. New buttons are inserted in the quick
access toolbar

10. Now disable the Mini Toolbar

11. Click Office Icon and Word Options

12. Uncheck the “show mini toolbar on
selection” and Click OK

13. No “mini toolbar” After selection
