6. CONSULTATION
A project schedule showing the duration, inter-action
between activities, and the critical path will be developed
by QMSCAT. This will serve as the implementation tool
for monitoring, feedback and reporting on progress as well
as to plan for future activities. One consultant will conduct
the training, another will create the documentations and
the otherwill review prior to submitting official documents
to the businesses. The QMS will be built by QMSCAT.
The training will be conducted virtually two (2) days
during the week for one (1) hour and every Saturday at
client's business for a period mutually agreed.
