• So it is always advised to speak to the Hiring manager whom the hired
candidate would report to get Apple to apple information.
Step 2: Jot down all the list of skill sets a hiring manager is looking in the New team
member.
• Listen to the skill sets required for the role and list down the skills which would
not only give you a clear picture on the required skill set but will also help you
to find new synonyms of the skills.
Eg: SKILLS for a Marketing role :
• Marketing
• Promotion
• Business
• Market penetration
• Selling
• Sell
14. • List each and every individual skill and the job title which can be grouped as individual
terms or multiple words.
• By including a space between each word the space acts as the AND operator in your
Boolean string.

used for search. It is a part of string.

results.
This method would take time but this research will make you more effective
in the long run.
Implementing this will help you to contact maximun people who are more
accurate suitable for the role in less time.
