The Volleyball boys team of Velammal Main School, Mogappair campus participated
in Dr. Sivanthi Adithanar 68th state championship Volleyball tournament for boys and
won the first place with a score of 25 – 16, 25 – 17 and 25 -20 in the finals.
More than 50 teams took part in this tournament.
The tournament was held recently at Thangapazham Agricultural college,
Vasudevanallur in Tirunelveli.
