My kids and their friends next door selling my left over papaws (you might be able to see my tree behind the customer).
We are redesigning the front of our house to relate to the street as our small lot house has the master bedroom at the front – which places constraints on our relationship with the street. What was I thinking?
PS the kids are going to paint the power pole.
At Kelvin Grove Urban Village the masterplan delivered strong connections to the existing community through new streets and regraded levels for pedestrian access.
Contrary to the advice of retail consultants, we also put the centre in the centre (what a crazy idea). Not on the main road.

While the KGUV guidelines are clear about Musk Ave (the main street) having active frontages, the Design Review Committee had to work hard to deliver (managing loading bays and pad mounted substations).
