“Gherkin” is popularly known as "pickling cucumber" or small cucumber among farmers. The gherkin plant is a creeper
which can grow to a height of seven feet. Gherkins are processed into pickles in different media, namely – “vinegar, brine
or acetic acid”. These pickles are normally consumed as snack for cocktails or TV meals. They are not only hygienic and
pure but also grown under the supervision of agro experts.

24. "Kesar" Mango is widely grown in Latur, Beed , Jalna & Aurangabad District of Maharashtra &
Gujarat state of India . It has a unique sweet taste. Kesar is characterised by its golden color with
green overtones. The fruit is slightly smaller and elongated compared to the Alphonso variety.
