The CommunityStream project documented community engagement activities through digital video stories and made them available online. The goals were to produce stories about community engagement to promote CommunityStream as a resource, encourage community groups to make their own stories to make the project self-sustaining, and have at least one production combine students from Portsmouth and Amsterdam with versions in both Dutch and English. Two initial stories were produced - one about a Halloween event in Portsmouth and one about a graffiti workshop in Amsterdam. The portal was established and promoted in both cities. The document also discusses plans to have the project taken over by a Dutch initiative and combining students from both cities to help each other produce stories.

3. stories about community engagement Portsmouth: Halloween Students of community theatre in CCI together with Dot-to-Dot (Arts) produced a Halloween performance/party/activity in an underprivileged housing estate. The story of the activity, told by interviews with the students, footage from the activity itself, and some comments from the audience/participants, is a valuable resource for others undertaking similar projects. Amsterdam: GraffitiStream Students Social Work organized together with Nisa for Nisa (Moroccan women for Moroccan women) a series of graffiti-workshops for Moroccan women. These workshops are filmed and the art pieces were exhibited in Amsterdam-Slotervaart en Slotermeer.
