 Matching stubs to invoices on claims
 Checking and Coding all the Finance Files according to expenditure

 Filing of account payable vouchers
 Complete front page of the accounts payable files
 Internal auditing processes and systems before payment
 Assigning order numbers to 12 travel assistants
