QORVAL Partners Announces Appointment of Veteran Consultant and
Senior Executive Peter C. Haines to Lead Miami Office
Naples, Florida – QORVAL Partners, LLC (“QORVAL”) is pleased to announce the
appointment of veteran consultant and senior executive Peter C. Haines who will serve as
Managing Director and lead QORVAL’s Miami, Florida office. This expanded commitment to
Florida’s East Coast is in response to increased demand for QORVAL’s corporate advisory,
consulting, and restructuring solutions in the US and internationally.
The office will be led by Peter C. Haines, a proven C-suite executive and senior consultant with
over 30 years of experience providing innovative, expert solutions and services to companies in
a wide range of industries including logistics, manufacturing, sports and leisure, fashion,
marine, aviation, and home and building furnishings. Peter most recently led Horizon Growth
Advisors, a Miami-based business consulting and advisory firm founded in 2005. At QORVAL,
Peter will leverage his extensive industry insights, network, and experience for QORVAL’s
broad client base which includes management teams, boards of directors, investors (including
private equity funds), banks, and trustees in a wide range of industries.

About Peter C. Haines
Peter Haines, a Boston native and based in Miami since 2002, is an accomplished and proven C-
level executive known for driving company value and growth through rapid change and
operational improvement. He has been recognized for his achievements in guiding both public
and private companies in vision alignment, leadership, strategic planning, restructuring, and
team building. Peter has an extensive track record of delivering significant and sustainable
results for a broad base of clients in a wide range of industries.
Peter’s leadership affiliations include the MIT Enterprise Forum for which he serves as
Chairperson, and the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association for which he served on the
Board of Trustees as Vice Chairman. His personal and professional developments activities
include the Wharton Presidents’ Seminar at The University of Pennsylvania, Deming Quality
Seminars, Motorola Management Institute, and MIT/Sloan workshops on ERP and Technology
in the Corporation. He has a personal passion for boating, and holds a U.S. Coast Guard
Masters License, 100 Tons.
