Psychopathy is a personality
disorder characterized by an
abnormal lack of empathy combined
with strongly amoral conduct,
masked by an ability to appear
outwardly normal.
3. How is a psychopath?
The prototypical psychopath has the following characteristics:
• Insensitivity
• Lack of empathy
• Acts without thinking
• Lack of shame, remorse or guilt

· High intelligence but poor performance
· Propensity to boredom
·The actual lack of insight
· Poor judgment and trouble learning from the experiences
· A lack of realistic long-term objectives
· Deceive and manipulation
5. The World Health Organization has established that 10%
of the Spanish population has some feature of psychopathic
and 2% have them all, they are psychopaths. In Spain
there are a million psychopaths, but Justice just has
detected (and sentenced) to 10,000.
6. Where are the rest 990,000? They are among us, but
not all are serial assassins as many people think, they
look like normal people, they are "integrated
psychopaths".
7. These integrated psychopaths could be
parents, bosses, husbands, politicians, businessmen, wo
rkmates...
These people are bad for no reason apparent, with no impulses
or external conditions and even worse there is nothing that can
be done with them.

In particular, organizations and businesses are an
ideal forum for the peculiar way of acting that are
psychopaths.
9. Someone skilfully handling, intelligent without any qualms
about misrepresenting facts can rise very quickly in the
organization of a company today and the description of
someone that fits like a glove to a psychopath.
