   •   Consultant Diabetes / Clinical Director
       1. You have been asked to mark 2 member of staffs’ written
          assignment for a course they are doing. You notice that the 2
          pieces of work are the same, almost work for word. What do you do

   •   Medical Director
       1. You are the consultant on call when a patient has been admitted
          from a community hospital septic with HONK. They have been in
          the community hospital for a week, gradually deteriorating. After the
          initial acute care of the patient what would you do?
       2. I think he was also going to ask about NPSA and Rapid Response
          Report into insulin, but I had covered this in my presentation

   •   Consultant
       1. If you were appointed what area of diabetes would you lead in
          service development (I talked about working with and across the
          community)
       2. How would you encourage the PCT to be interested in you
          proposals
       3. You have been asked to start running evening clinics. How would
          you go about setting them up

   •   Operations Manager (standing in for Chief Exec)
       1. Do you think other teams are reluctant to refer their patients with
          diabetes to the specialist team
       2. How have you or could you go about increasing patient involvement
       3. How would you go about managing patients with diabetes admitted
          for elective surgery
       4. What makes you angry
