6.  These points are most important factor for development of ones personality
:-
1. Perception :- A perceptive person is informed, appraised, aware, sharp and
observant. If any person has lack these qualities then that person cant
become a successful person.
2. Rationality :- A rational person is wise, sound, intelligent, judicious and
reasonable, using logics over emotions and choosing the good above the
pleasant.
3. Learning and knowledge :- Learning is the act of finding out, gaining,
determining, questioning, memorizing, educating and enlightening oneself.
Knowledge is the end result of learning, making a person smart, clever,
aware, glorious and wise.
4. Leadership :- Leadership is the influence exercised in inter-personal
situation directed through the communication process, towards the
attainment of goals. Military leaders have often been compared with
business managers as both have clear objectives, role and responsibilities
and share similar qualities, such as vision, the ability to manage people and
handle crisis situations.
5. Positive Attitude :- A person with a positive attitude is one who is sure of
himself, assured, confident and fixed in his mind to success regardless of all
odds.

7. My daily routine :- I wake up early morning
then I brush my teeth and wash my face, than
I take tea than I do some exercises after that I
watch/read some news in TV/Newspaper,
than I take wash and take lunch after that I
study and do some homework of my class. I
came to frankfinn than I go to my home and
take wash & take some snacks , after that
complete my pending works than I come to
my home and watch TV for some time, than I
take dinner, after that I study and than watch
movie than I go to bed for sleep.

9.  Time wasters
1. Talking to long on the phone.
2. Too frequently browsing social media sites.
3. Incessantly preparing and not taking action.
4. Failing to say no to unrelated tasks.
5. Failing to ask for help or follow directions.
6. Waiting until late in the day to do tasks.

10.  Overcome
1. Schedule phone calls with end times when
possible.
2. Set a time limit for non-task related internet
browsing.
3. Map or outline your most pressing task.
4. Make a short daily to-do list and say no to tasks
not on that list.
5. Set deadlines and alarms for you to complete
tasks.
6. Close your internet browser or unrelated
windows to avoid distraction.
7. Set your chat status to “busy” or “Go offline”.

AND CEO IN ICICI BANK
 About :- Chanda kocchar was born
on 17 nov 1961 in jodhpur,
Rajasthan. She is currently
managing director (MD) and chief
executive officer (CEO) in ICICI
bank. She complete her schooling
from St. Angela Sophia school,
Jaipur. Than she moved to Mumbai
for join Jaihind collage for a
bachelor of arts degree. After
graduating then she persuade cost
accounting in ICWAI.

12.  Achievements :- Named among the worlds most powerful women by
fortune. She joined “The Industrial Credit And Investment
Corporation Of India Ltd” or “ICICI LTD” in 1984 as a management
trainee. In 1993 she was sent to ICICI bank as part of core team to
set the bank. She was promoted to assistance general manager in
1994. then she also promoted for deputy general manager in 1996.
under kocchar’s leadership ICICI bank started the retail business in
July 2000. in 2009 she was promoted as CEO and MD of ICICI Bank
for five years.
 Recognition :- Under kocchar's leadership ICICI Bank won the “Best
Retail Bank In India” in 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005 and “Excellence In
Retail Banking Award” in 2002. both awards given by the Asian
Banker.

share ideas, thoughts, feelings, and values with others, that
person called an open self personality. We can know about

15. TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS
It is a model of personality and the dynamics of self and its relationship
with others.
These transactional are psychological in nature and relate to how
people behave and how other people behave with them in response
to the behavior. The give-and-take in these transactions is behavior
relate and helps one to understand human beings better and get
result from teams fasters.
EGO STATES
Within each human being are several human being exiting at the same
time depending upon how the person is behaving at any given
moment. One must accept the following to study the subject further :-
 Ego states relate purely to behavioral age.
 Ego states are unrelated to chronological age.
 Ego states can change several times during transactions.
 Ego states guide human behavior.
 Ego states cause victory or defeat.

16. There are three types of Ego states
 Parent Ego states :- While in the parent ego state one behaves as
though all others persons involved in the transaction are like children
or grandchildren. From these point of view, this is an adoptive role
where people become authorities, caring, controlling, advisory and
sometimes bossy.
 Adult ego states :- The adult ego state is aware that the person has
parents and children to look after responsible. This is a role of care,
concern, respect, responsibility and maturity.
 Child ego state :- The child ego state has the liberty of fun loving and
care free behavior while being aware that adults and parents are
watching over the behavior. The playfulness may end or escalate
when adults and parents enter the scenario.
My ego state
My ego state is Adult because when I with my parents I behave like
parents things, when I with my friends I behave like adults, because I
am responsible, caring, concerned and respect to others and when I
am with children's I behave like him.

17. The Musical Donkey
Once upon a time, there was an old thin donkey who used to carry clothes and other burdens for his
master. At night he was free to wander as he liked.
One night, he met a jackal and they both went out in search of food. They found a garden filled
with cucumbers and helped themselves to a delicious meal. After that they returned every night to
the garden to eat cucumbers. And so the donkey started looking healthy and fat. One night, after a
particularly tasty meal, the donkey was overwhelmed with happiness and he told the jackal he
wanted to sing a song. The jackal immediately told him not to do any such thing! He warned the
donkey that they were thieves so it was not a good idea to make noise and attract the farmers
attention. If they were caught, they would be beaten.
But the donkey insisted on singing. The jackal told the donkey that his voice was not sweet. The
donkey was upset and thought that the jackal was jealous of him. The jackal warned the donkey
again that if he did sing, the farmers would come and reward him in a way that he would not
like. But the donkey started singing, and the jackal decided to wait outside the garden. When the
farmers heard the donkey braying, they rushed out to beat him. The donkey fell down and the
farmers tied a heavy stone around his neck.
Somehow the donkey dragged himself out to the waiting jackal. The jackal congratulated him on
his reward. The donkey realized his mistake and apologized to the jackal for not listening to the
good advice.
MORAL : He who has no wits of his own or does not heed advice of good friends, perishes like the
donkey

18. In my Group I am only a person

questions to some workers & Team
Leaders.
one of them said that he is
satisfied with his job & one of them
said that he is not satisfied with his
job because salary is not good and
work is very tough.
