2.  System analyst is a person who study
the problem and needs of the
organizations to determine how
people ,data , processes
,communication and information
technology can best accomplish
improvements for a business

3.  System analyst is required to
understand the problem of users and
the needs of the organization and use
his skill to see how best manual
procedures and computer technology
may be used to develop a systems.

4.  The system should be of use to the
user.
 It should be documented .
 It should be maintained for
sustainable use.
 It should give visible benefits.

6.  The most comprehensive role that the
system Analyst takes on is that of an
agent of change, whether internal and
external to the business. A candidate
system is designed to introduce to
change and re-orientation in how the
user organization handle information
and make decision.

7.  A candidate system must be well
designed and acceptable to the user.
System acceptance is achieved
through user participation and it’s
development , effective user training
proper motivation to use the system .

8.  In system development , system are
build around people. The analyst plays
the role of a psychologist in the way
he or she reaches people interprets
their thought, assesses their behavior
and draws conclusion for these
interactions . The analyst be aware of
people’s feelings and can be prepared
to get around in a graceful way.

9.  The analyst play the investigator role
as well as also play monitor role . The
analyst monitor programs in relation
to time , cost and quality . Of these
resources time is the most important
