planning and execution. My long term objective is to lead either a
stand alone business or business unit.

Why did I leave my last position?
A. After declining an expat role in my previous employers
European head office, as a family, we decided to stay in the US and
obtain U.S. citizenship. We achieved this in the fall of 2012.
With my background why do I think I can make the transition to
a new business?
A. Having worked in a number of business leadership roles
globally, I know the environment and its complexities well. Also,
given my cross-functional and multi-cultural experience, I have
become very adept at quickly understanding key drivers and
applying transferable skills in new environments.
Online profiles show a number of sporting interests and
achievements. How do you balance these with work?
A. Identified goals are very strong motivators for me, whether in
work or sport. Fortunately, I have been able to do both due to
exceptional family support throughout.
Achievements I’m Particularly Proud of ……
Received 3 international I.R. awards whilst doubling the
number of ADR’s in issue and growing U.S. shareholding from 34%
to 51% in two years for a $5.7BN corporate.
Captured $52M of synergies whilst leading due diligence,
negotiation and integration for procurement, supply chain and
energy in a $1.1BN acquisition - 37% and 3 months ahead of target.
Optimized Asian Commercial operations over a 24 month
period, growing regional category volume by 13% and 49%
respectively despite reducing distributor incentive costs 75%.
Led the CPG start-up project from concept to
implementation for a Regional business exporting to emerging
markets.
