of the customer's management team (senior level corporate executives, field

repair, customizations, etc.
- Worked with field support to responsibly recognize billable services.

2. Special Program Manager / Communications and Tracking (Safety Electronics Division)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product roll / distribution nationwide.
- Help to establish associated business, installation, and support processes.
- As part of a very small team we performed nationwide pre-installation site surveys,
system planning, demos, installation, system configuration, training, field and remote
application / hardware support, troubleshooting, and monitoring of system health.

Responsibilities:
- Direct the operation of the entire department and it's sub-departments. (CT, Mammography,
MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Special Procedures, Cardiac Cauterization, Diagnostic Radiology, Special
Procedures.)
- Submit and justify budget requests (annual and extended) for approval to CEO.
- Oversee department staffing, payroll, scheduling, equipment maintenance, staff licensure,
billing, information management, JCAHO accreditation, WV Licensure, and day to day
operations.

- Manage the Project to establish the MRI Department.

Experience:
My management experience has been accepted when awarded my prior positions and
considered "Bachelor's Equivalent." I have always performed in such positions very
favorably.
Wheeling Hospital School of Radiologic Technology (2 year program):
Graduated in June 1991, Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in
both Radiography and MRI.
Belmont Technical College / West Virginia Northern Community College:
Completed pre-allied health courses in preparation for Wheeling Hospital Radiology
Program.
Wheeling Hospital Emergency Medical Technology Program:
Obtained certificate in 1989, then became nationally registered EMT.
I also have attended and participated in numerous advanced level imaging related training
programs/seminars.
