 We have not been late but may be slow
 What the world need now we have a lot in store
 We have a solid foundation if we don’t mess it up
 So many warning signs to reform for better interconnectedness when it comes
to chronic conditions
 We need “new mechanism” to better interconnect health care systems from
family to tertiary care
 Information flow and receptive people to make use of the information are 2
key components for better interconnectedness

 The future is changing fast, existing structure and process of work will need
to change to make the health systems effective, efficient and equity-
oriented
 Redesigning systems may need to take place quite frequently under
rapidly changing context and disruptive technology
 design thinking could be useful as a tool and process to make the new
design better connecting and relevant to multiple and diverse
stakeholders

 Generalist vs specialists - If you are working on a well defined and well
understood problem specialist works very well. As uncertainty and
ambiguity increases, which is the norm with systems problems, breath
becomes increasingly important”
 Teaching health system sciences for health professionals – no need to ask
for more time but may need to redesign how to learn knHSS and what to
delete/drop
 Practicing medicine in a world with incomplete knowledge – learning
health systems?

 ทุกระบบในธรรมชาติ เป็นระบบซับซ้อน ยิ่งมีมนุษย์เกี่ยวข้องด้วยมาก ก็ยิ่งซับซ้อน
 ความสัมพันธ์ที่หลากหลาย ในระบบซับซ้อน อย่างระบบ สุขภาพ จัดการได้ผ่าน 2 องค์ประกอบสาคัญ คือinformation และ
คน
 การออกแบบ ระบบ สุขภาพ ให้เชื่อมโยง และสามารถสร้างความเชื่อมโยง ตั้งแต่ระดับชุมชนไปถึงสังคม ตั้งแต่ระดับปฐมภูมิไปจนถึง
ตติยภูมิ หรือมากกว่านั้น ในอนาคต เป็นสิ่งสาคัญที่ต้องทา และทาแบบ ผสมกลมกลืนไปในการจัดการ และ พัฒนาระบบ
 ารทาให้เกิด intelligent information managers ส่วนหนึ่งเป็นภาระของการระบบการศึกษาระบบการเรียนรู้
ทั่วไปของสังคม ที่ต้องทาให้คนรู้จักคิด แลรู้จักตั้งคาถาม และรู้ทันความรู้/ความไม่รู้ แต่อีกส่วนหนึ่งอยู่ที่การผลิตุคลากรในระดับวิชาชีพ

ก็ขอให้ช่วยกันทาให้ นศ ของเราเข้าใจ สิ่งที่เรียกว่า ระบบซบซ้อน
และเห็นบทบาทของตัวเองที่จะเข้าไปทางานในระบบซับซ้อน
ด้วยการไม่ยอมแพ้ แต่กลับมองเห็นโอกาส ที่จะเอาความซับซ้อนไปช่วยทาให้เกิดผลที่ดีต่อสุขภาพ
