Unilever | Share Happy Machine Story: Unilever wanted to dramatically change how consumers interact with their ice cream vending machines by incorporating social media, augmented reality and vending in a manner that consumers found both entertaining and easy to use. Unilever and Sapient partnered together to design a unique user experience model, visual language, and social campaign specifically for their touch screen vending machine experience. The Share Happy Interactive Vending Machine was beta tested in multiple locations in three countries for the Summer of 2010. To date over 10,000 smiles have been shared.
