16949 and ISO 14001. Address:- Plot No - 22 to 35, Sector-6, HSIIDC Growth Centre Bawal , Distt-
Rewari – 123501 ( Haryana). Company is manufacturing the Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Rear Garnsih
lamps and backlight. An joint venture of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, LUKAS TVS ltd, Tata Motors Limited
and Honda Limited.
Roll and Responsibly -
Recruitment –
Knowledge of Recruiting Job Posting on Job Portals and Social sites (Mapping, Sourcing,
Scanning and Short listing). Sourcing candidates through various sources such as LinkedIn recruiter,
personal references and company’s extensive database of candidates and job-portals, Like – Naukri,
Time, Shine and Headhunting etc. After Sourcing Conducting initial telephonic interviews. According to
company requirements and coordinating with department heads for interviews.
Payroll Process –
After Selection the candidate Issuing his Offer Letter & appointment letter, joining and
exiting formality. Updating MIS, Attendance, leave management and Master Roll, Salary Breakup and
Salary processing. Keeping employee record. Solving the problem of employee worker in getting their
benefit. Maintaining the different HR Registers Like - Advance Register, Fine Register, Attendance
Register, Muster Roll Register, Damage & Loss Register and Over Time Register. File and inspection
book doing the external and internal audit than as required.
Compliance –
Knowledge of calculating of ESI, EPF, Bonus and Gratuity. Preparing Challan Monthly of
ESIC & EPF. Registration of new employee in ESIC & EPF. Preparing Bonus Return, half yearly and
yearly return. Knowledge of Act like – Bonus act-1965, EPF act- 1952, ESI act- 1948, Maternity Benefit
act-1961, Payment act-1936. I have some knowledge of Legal cases. Like Pf damages (Pf is not deposit
as given date by government, Labour Law, Cheque bounces etc.
PERSONAL TRAIT –
