Competitive Rates
Enjoy a competitive APR (annual percentage rate) on all your
balances (including purchases, cash advances, and balance
transfers). The Visa Gold carries a variable APR calculated
on the Prime Rate index plus a margin of 4.0%, and the
Visa Platinum carries a fixed APR of 8.9%.1
Photo Cards
Protect your identity by ordering a free photo card! By allow-
ing us to place your photograph and signature on the front
of your card, you will greatly reduce the opportunities for
fraudulent use of your card, offering you greater peace of
mind.

Following the expiration of the Introductory Rate Period, the
annual percentage rate for the Visa Gold is subject to change
for the entire monthly billing cycle to reflect any change in the
Index and will be determined by the Prime Rate on the first busi-
ness day of the month as published in The Wall Street Journal
“Money Rates” table plus 4.0%. Any increase in the annual per-
centage rate will extend the time to pay off the balance if you con-
tinue to make minimum payments. If the Index is no longer available,
the Credit Union will choose a new index which is based upon compa-
rable information. After the Introductory Rate Period, the loan rate may
increase or decrease.
Please be aware that if your account is ever 30 or more days delin-
quent, your APR will increase to Prime plus 7.0% for the Visa Gold or
11.9% for the Visa Platinum. These rates will continue in effect until 12
consecutive on-time payments have been received.
Verified by Visa Online Purchase Protection
Protect your credit card account against fraudulent online use
by creating a password that will be required for authoriza-
tion of all online purchases with participating Verified by
Visa merchants.
Personal Identity Theft Coverage2
You are automatically covered for up to $15,000 in reim-
bursement for expenses incurred as a result of an identity
theft, including lost wages for time taken to rectify records,
costs incurred to obtain credit reports, notarizing affidavits,
long-distance phone calls and postage, and legal fees if an
attorney is needed to defend you against action taken by a
creditor.
No-Fee Cash Advances and
Balance Transfers
For those occasions when only cash will do, use your Bank-
Fund Staff Federal Credit Union Visa to get instant cash at
our teller windows, or at financial institutions displaying the
Visa emblem. And, to take full advantage of your low APR,
simply call 1-800-654-7728 and transfer any higher-interest
balances you may carry on other issuers’ cards.
Auto Rental Insurance2
This eliminates the need for you to pay for the collision dam-
age waiver provided by auto rental agencies, saving you as
much as $13 per day in insurance costs.
Year-end Summary Statement
A year-end summary of your Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit
Union Visa activity will assist you in tracking expenses for
budgeting, separating personal and business expenses, and
tax preparation.
Automatic Payments
At your request, we can set up automatic payment of your
monthly credit card bill from your Credit Union checking or
savings account. This is particularly useful if you travel often,

and may be set up to pay your last statement balance in
full, your minimum payment, or a designated amount on the
payment due date.
Online Account Access
You can view your credit card account statements and
recent transactions as well as make payments anytime, from
any place, through the Credit Union’s free Online Banking
service. Once logged in to Online Banking, just click on the
credit card logo and add your new card to your card pro-
file.
24-Hour Contact Center
For up-to-date information on your account, balance trans-
fers, statement requests, to dispute a charge, or report your
card lost or stolen, call 1-800-654-7728. From overseas,
you may wish to use the applicable toll-free number(s) listed
on our website (bfsfcu.org) and press option 3.

MEMBER REWARDS OPTION
Our Visa Platinum Member Rewards program provides you
with endless possibilities and the choices you deserve. You
earn reward points for every dollar you spend and points
are redeemable for gift cards, merchandise, charitable con-
tributions, hotel stays, rental cars, and air travel (with no
“blackout” date restrictions). Redeem as few as 1,100
points for awards and receive merchandise and gift cards
from a variety of popular merchants. Or, use your points
towards a free airline ticket for your next vacation. Even if
the airline ticket you want falls outside of program guide-
lines, you have the option to redeem 10,000 extra points
to get the flight you choose.

PROGRAMS
THE S-30 PAY ACCOUNT
The S-30 Pay is a convenient payment account that
enables members to make payments on their Credit Union
credit card accounts through Online Banking, Audio
Response, at our Teller windows, or by placing a payment
in one of our Express Deposit boxes. The S-30 Pay is auto-
matically opened for Credit Union members who have a
Credit Union Visa or MasterCard.
How S-30 Pay works
The S-30 Pay Account functions like a sweep account to
expedite and automate manual payments5
to your Credit
Union credit card account.
The entire balance in your S-30 Pay Account at 4:30 p.m.
ET is “swept” out each day and posted to the correspon-
ding BFSFCU credit card account on that same day. In
many cases, payment will be reflected in the credit avail-
able in your credit card as soon as the following day6
.
Your S-30 Pay Account transactions will be reflected on
your Credit Union and your credit card statements.
There is no service or maintenance fee associated with this
account and no penalty for not using it. It will, however,
continue to appear on your Credit Union statements
whether or not it is used.
Year-round, same-day payment functionality
Simply deposit funds into your S-30 Account by 4:30 p.m.
ET any day of the year, and those funds will be transferred
to the credit card account the very same day—
automatically!
The S-30 Pay Account is not a savings account.
It receives no dividends, and all funds in the S-30 Pay
Account are “swept” out by 4:30 p.m. ET each day of the
year and applied to your credit card account.

Payment would equal last statemented balance minus any cycle-to-
date payments/credits.
The S-30 Pay Account Identifier
The S-30 Pay Account carries a description that contains the
last four digits of the associated credit card number (e.g., S-
30 Pay Visa Classic/1234; S-30 Pay MasterCard
Gold/5678).
Methods to pay a Credit Union credit card using
the S-30 Pay Account (See our Account Access
brochure for details):
s On your pc with Online Banking;
s Over the telephone with Audio Response;
s In person at the Credit Union; or by
s Dropping off your payment at an Express
Deposit box at either of our locations.
Paying with Online Banking
With Online Banking, transferring payments to your
S-30 Pay Account is just a few clicks away (there is no
charge to use Online Banking; all you’ll need is your Online
Banking Security Number and a password).
Paying with Audio Response
Simply use the buttons on your touch-tone phone
to transfer credit card payments to your S-30 Pay Account
(there is no charge to use Audio Response; you only need
your Member Number and a password).
Paying in person
You can also transfer or deposit funds into your S-30 Pay
Account at the Teller lines at any of our branches (World
Bank Main Complex, IFC, or IMF HQ2).
Paying at Express Deposit Boxes
In a rush? Just drop off your payment at one of our Express
Deposit boxes, just outside our lobby doors at any of our
branches (World Bank Main Complex, IFC, or IMF HQ2).
Please remember to include your BFSFCU S-30 Pay Account
number in the space provided on the envelope.
THE AUTOMATICPAY PROGRAM
AutomaticPay is a free service that enables you to make
payments on your Credit Union credit card account from
your Credit Union savings or checking accounts without hav-
ing to mail a check. It is especially beneficial if you are on
mission, traveling, or living abroad and are finding it difficult
to make timely credit card payments.
Three Payment Options
With AutomaticPay, you can authorize us to automatically
deduct—one time each month—any one of the following
monthly payment amounts from your Credit Union account:
1. The full payment4
amount of your New Balance;
2. The minimum payment amount (will be the greater of
$25.00 or 2.00% of the balance outstanding on your
billing cycle closing date; closing date balances of less
than $25.00 will constitute the minimum payment
amount).
3. A designated payment amount (must be greater than the
minimum payment amount).
How It Works
With AutomaticPay, your payment will be taken from your
Credit Union account effective the payment due date shown
on your BFSFCU Credit Card monthly statement. Payments
will continue as long as adequate funds are in your Credit
Union account, or until you notify us in writing to discontinue
AutomaticPay. All payments will be reflected on your Credit
Card monthly statement.

I authorize Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union (BFSFCU) to initi-
ate electronic debits from my above-designated BFSFCU account
effective the payment due date shown on my above designated
credit card monthly statement. I understand these debits will com-
mence on the first payment due date following receipt of this
authorization by BFSFCU. This authority is to remain in effect until
revoked by me in writing to BFSFCU with at least 30 days’ notice.
I agree that each such electronic debit shall be the same as if it
were a check drawn on my BFSFCU Checking account and per-
sonally signed by me, and that BFSFCU shall be fully protected in
honoring such a debit. If the funds are not available in my BFSFCU
account to honor such a debit, a non-sufficient funds fee (NSF) of
$25.00 will be assessed to my BFSFCU account and any pay-
ment resulting from such a debit will be cancelled. I understand
that after 3 consecutive NSF automatic payments, my enrollment
will be cancelled. I further agree that if any such electronic debit
be dishonored with cause, BFSFCU shall be under no liability
whatsoever if such dishonor results in late charges or revocation of
my above-designated BFSFCU credit card.

The Visa Gold carries a variable APR calculated on the Prime Rate index plus a margin of 4.0%, and the Visa Platinum carries a fixed APR of 8.9%.1 Photo Cards Protect your identity by ordering a free photo card! By allow- ing us to place your photograph and signature on the front of your card, you will greatly reduce the opportunities for fraudulent use of your card, offering you greater peace of mind. 1 Following the expiration of the Introductory Rate Period, the annual percentage rate for the Visa Gold is subject to change for the entire monthly billing cycle to reflect any change in the Index and will be determined by the Prime Rate on the first busi- ness day of the month as published in The Wall Street Journal “Money Rates” table plus 4.0%. Any increase in the annual per- centage rate will extend the time to pay off the balance if you con- tinue to make minimum payments. If the Index is no longer available, the Credit Union will choose a new index which is based upon compa- rable information. After the Introductory Rate Period, the loan rate may increase or decrease. Please be aware that if your account is ever 30 or more days delin- quent, your APR will increase to Prime plus 7.0% for the Visa Gold or 11.9% for the Visa Platinum. These rates will continue in effect until 12 consecutive on-time payments have been received.

Verified by Visa Online Purchase Protection Protect your credit card account against fraudulent online use by creating a password that will be required for authoriza- tion of all online purchases with participating Verified by Visa merchants. Personal Identity Theft Coverage2 You are automatically covered for up to $15,000 in reim- bursement for expenses incurred as a result of an identity theft, including lost wages for time taken to rectify records, costs incurred to obtain credit reports, notarizing affidavits, long-distance phone calls and postage, and legal fees if an attorney is needed to defend you against action taken by a creditor. CONVENIENT PAYMENT PROGRAMS THE S-30 PAY ACCOUNT The S-30 Pay is a convenient payment account that enables members to make payments on their Credit Union credit card accounts through Online Banking, Audio Response, at our Teller windows, or by placing a payment in one of our Express Deposit boxes. The S-30 Pay is auto- matically opened for Credit Union members who have a Credit Union Visa or MasterCard. How S-30 Pay works The S-30 Pay Account functions like a sweep account to expedite and automate manual payments5 to your Credit Union credit card account. The entire balance in your S-30 Pay Account at 4:30 p.m. ET is “swept” out each day and posted to the correspon- ding BFSFCU credit card account on that same day. In many cases, payment will be reflected in the credit avail- able in your credit card as soon as the following day6 . Your S-30 Pay Account transactions will be reflected on your Credit Union and your credit card statements. There is no service or maintenance fee associated with this account and no penalty for not using it. It will, however, continue to appear on your Credit Union statements whether or not it is used. Year-round, same-day payment functionality Simply deposit funds into your S-30 Account by 4:30 p.m. ET any day of the year, and those funds will be transferred to the credit card account the very same day— automatically! The S-30 Pay Account is not a savings account. It receives no dividends, and all funds in the S-30 Pay Account are “swept” out by 4:30 p.m. ET each day of the year and applied to your credit card account. 4 Payment would equal last statemented balance minus any cycle-to- date payments/credits.

The S-30 Pay Account Identifier The S-30 Pay Account carries a description that contains the last four digits of the associated credit card number (e.g., S- 30 Pay Visa Classic/1234; S-30 Pay MasterCard Gold/5678). Methods to pay a Credit Union credit card using the S-30 Pay Account (See our Account Access brochure for details): s On your pc with Online Banking; s Over the telephone with Audio Response; s In person at the Credit Union; or by s Dropping off your payment at an Express Deposit box at either of our locations. Paying with Online Banking With Online Banking, transferring payments to your S-30 Pay Account is just a few clicks away (there is no charge to use Online Banking; all you’ll need is your Online Banking Security Number and a password). Paying with Audio Response Simply use the buttons on your touch-tone phone to transfer credit card payments to your S-30 Pay Account (there is no charge to use Audio Response; you only need your Member Number and a password). Paying in person You can also transfer or deposit funds into your S-30 Pay Account at the Teller lines at any of our branches (World Bank Main Complex, IFC, or IMF HQ2). Paying at Express Deposit Boxes In a rush? Just drop off your payment at one of our Express Deposit boxes, just outside our lobby doors at any of our branches (World Bank Main Complex, IFC, or IMF HQ2). Please remember to include your BFSFCU S-30 Pay Account number in the space provided on the envelope.

THE AUTOMATICPAY PROGRAM AutomaticPay is a free service that enables you to make payments on your Credit Union credit card account from your Credit Union savings or checking accounts without hav- ing to mail a check. It is especially beneficial if you are on mission, traveling, or living abroad and are finding it difficult to make timely credit card payments. Three Payment Options With AutomaticPay, you can authorize us to automatically deduct—one time each month—any one of the following monthly payment amounts from your Credit Union account: 1. The full payment4 amount of your New Balance; 2. The minimum payment amount (will be the greater of $25.00 or 2.00% of the balance outstanding on your billing cycle closing date; closing date balances of less than $25.00 will constitute the minimum payment amount). 3. A designated payment amount (must be greater than the minimum payment amount). How It Works With AutomaticPay, your payment will be taken from your Credit Union account effective the payment due date shown on your BFSFCU Credit Card monthly statement. Payments will continue as long as adequate funds are in your Credit Union account, or until you notify us in writing to discontinue AutomaticPay. All payments will be reflected on your Credit Card monthly statement.
