This document discusses applying the principles of complete streets to two areas in Elgin, Illinois: National Street and the intersection of Nesler Road and Route 20. It provides information on workshops held in Blue Springs, Missouri and webinars to teach the complete streets approach. The document encourages applying for technical assistance grants through the Livability Solutions program to receive help implementing complete streets plans.
