In pursuit of Post Doctoral Position in Neurodegenerative disease Currently I am pursuing my PhD in Neuroscience and Cognition from Federal University of ABC, Brazil. I will defend my PhD thesis in September 2015, titled "Role of NF-kBs activator and inhibitor in modulation of BAG2 promoted p-Tau degradation in Alzheimer's disease"​. My project was based on the role of TLR3 and TLR4 and its signaling cascade in modulating BAG2 associated phospho-tau degradation in SH-SY5y cells. More specifically, stimulating TLR3 and TLR4 with pIpC and LPS respectively, and studying the molecular mechanism associated with phospho-tau degradation with respect to BAG2 overexpression.
