PGI ENGINEERING is a group of companies of INTEGRATED SERVICES OF
ENGINEERING that since his creation in 1992 has experienced a steady
expansion in the market thanks mainly to the high degree of professionalism
of its human team, facing each project with utmost enthusiasm.
At present the company consists of more than 100 engineers and technicians
distributed in the several work centers located in Spain, North of Africa and

During its career as Business of Engineering, PGI ENGINEERING has
participated in the design and construction of more than 3.000 Projects,
working for all kinds of Clients, national and international.
The company is formed by a wide range of specialized engineers and
technicians with a high level of experience in designing, developing,
monitoring and managing projects as well as in technical studies, related to
the installations engineering in the construction field. The basic criteria PGI
ENGINEERING / PGI GRUP follows to carry out this work are:
• Rationalization of the design of the installations and services of a
building, whether of industrial or services use, to obtain a reasonable
and adjusted price of execution under the specifications of the client.
• Development of the project until the last details, this being one of the
main differentiating factors versus the competition.
• Control of the execution of the works in order to obtain an equal or
superior quality to the one indicated in the project and if possible at a
lower price. That is to say, we will defend the client’s interests, both
technical and economical.
• Advice and assistance to manage more efficiently maintenance and
infrastructure operations, improving design and facility management.

24. 5. - ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY DEPARTMENT
5.1. - PRESENTATION
PGI ENGINEERING created in 2006 the Department of Energy efficiency in
the Building, conscious of the need of a rational use of the energy and also
to give response to a few needs of the market with regard to the new
normative frame in the energetic area.
Understanding that the Building sector is one of the main energetic
consumers, it is important to work from the initial phase of development
of the project aiming to obtain energetic important improvements that will
reverberate positively in the whole building, in the air quality, in his
movement, in the comfort of the persons and likewise in the optimization of
equipments to obtain as final result a better saving.
5.2. - OBJECTIVES
To give technical advice to our clients in order to obtain an optimized
design of the building, the installations and bringing the necessary tools for the
energetic management of the Buildings, in view to improve the savings and the
energetic efficiency during the life of the building.
5.3. - AREAS AND SERVICES
The services that our department is offering are structured in four
strategic areas which let us meet most of the requirements of our clients in
the energetic saving field.
We are provided with a professional human team highly compromised,
qualified and motivated, with a working methodology focused in the
innovation and the continuous improvement of the quality assurance and

We assess our clients regarding the current and future energetic model in
such a way to provide them with the maximum information to take decisions
regarding several actions in environment and energy topics which can concern

We work on the search of strategies and solutions that will allow our clients
to reduce the energy consumption, the CO2 emissions and to make
environment improvements. All this will have an impact on his activity and will
