Otis & Ahean was established in 1978 when Mr. Ahearn former principal and co-owner of the Hanlan Group, purchased the venerable William F. Otis real estate company. Otis & Ahearn’s marketing services began in the mid 1980’s and has proven to be both a valuable and timely service to real estate developers, investors, and financial institutions. The marketing activities of the company were established to provide development consulting and on-site sales services to developers of condominium projects. From 2000 to the present, Otis & Ahearn has completed or is marketing in excess of 2,565 residential units representing over $1.5 billion of market value.
