reporting systems. This data includes Inventory and Sell-out information from stock keeping
organizations as well as Sell-to information from those selling to the end-customer.
Getting the data in is one challenge, to harmonize the content and turn it into usable data is another.
Onetrail facilitates both. Making use of the Onetrail TPN™ Product Data Store, Onetrail is able to
translate the product codes used by the channel partners into the original manufacturer code.
Report Data Exchange
The following Report related messaging services are available:
Inventory Report Message
Supports stock keeping organizations, such as wholesalers and retailers, to report stock levels to the
manufacturer. One format for all manufacturers is sufficient. Onetrail turns all formats into the format
required by the specific manufacturer.
Sell-out Report Message
Supports stock keeping organizations, such as wholesalers and retailers, to report where the
manufacturer products were shipped too. One format for all manufacturers is sufficient. Onetrail turns
all formats into the format required by the specific manufacturer.
Sell-to Report Message
Supports sales organizations, like as retailers and allows them to report who they sold the goods too.
