ANPR Solutions
Our Number Plate Recognition solution is designed in such a
way, so that it can read and transfer the number plate data fast
in the most accurate manner for taking immediate actions. This
solution supports the multi languages including English and
Arabic. The video streams of motor vehicle are fed to the ANPR
software which can recognizes the number plate images and
convert into characters. The results sent to the processing unit
which further uses the data for identifying the vehicle for the

Event Management
Our Event Management system provides trade show management
and exhibitors with an easy and non-disruptive system to gather
information about trade show attendees. The system is capable of
simultaneously using passive and active RFID tags. In order to keep
the costs down, passive RFID has been extensively used to provide
real-time attendee information on the show floor.
The system automates the registration and check-in process,
thereby eliminating long lines and delivering much faster and more
convenient check-in for the attendees. This feature can also help to
solve the problem of counterfeit tickets in events.
Location Occupancy module allows you to control occupancy in any
controlled area such as classroom, exhibit hall, concert hall, etc.
You can set a maximum number of allowable persons in the area
within certain time zones. System will automatically monitor the
attendance in real-time and graphically display, on mobile devices,
the current attendance compared to the maximum allowed. Your
staff will be able to control the event safely and securely and, as a
result, adhere to corporate and local government safety regulations.
You will have peace of mind knowing the event will be managed
smoothly and efficiently. System will provide you with extensive
reports for statistical analysis and occupancy evaluation of each
location in the event.
Asset Visibility System
Asset Visibility System is comprised of a web-based application
and several independent modules that are tightly integrated with
RFID handheld devices to provide you with a complete visibility
of your assets. Handheld and Fixed RFID reader can be used to
perform daily audits and monitor the movements of the assets.
The system notifies you and/or prevents unauthorized movement
of assets. It can send messages via screen pop-ups, SMS and
email. It can also take actions to lock doors, turn on a buzzer
and/or strobe lights and record the event via surveillance
camera. The Notification Module will notify you of important due
dates. It sends emails to all responsible parties to remind them of
PM due dates, calibration due dates, asset expiration dates or
even asset warranty expiration dates.
Document Tracking
Our solution helps in managing the complete lifecycle of records
from creation through disposal. There are no limitations to our
configuration capabilities. It can fit the exact records and
compliance needs of your operation, whether you are in
accounting, law firm, courts, healthcare, government, or any
other sector.
By installing fixed RFID readers and antennas at strategic
locations (doorways, shelves, desks, etc.), the movement and
location of files are automatically updated in real-time.
Handheld RFID reader can be used to perform daily audits. Use
its audio and visual indicators to search and quickly find the
missing or misplaced documents.
Files can be checked out to a person, a role, a department or
even outside entity. System will keep the complete chain of
custody information and automatically send due date reminders
via email. The Transfer module allows securely transferring
files to/from other departments or facilities using paperless
approval process.
Customer & Guest Tracking
For industries such as hospitality, banking and retail, premier
customers have high expectations for the personalized services
they receive. It is important to go above and beyond the norm
to maintain a high level service to these premier customers.
Our Premier Customer Tracking Solution helps you provide
prompt and personalized services to these special customers
without requiring them to identify themselves. The system
automatically detects arrival of a premier customer and
immediately alerts designated customer relationship personnel
via pop-up screen, SMS or email, who will personally greet the
customer as he/she walks in. The alert will provide customer
name, Account ID, photo and arrival time.
Strategically placed RFID readers throughout your facility can
monitor the location and movement of the customer while they
are inside the facility. Once the customer leaves, the system
logs the exit time.

back again. Our Customer Loyalty Solution is an alternative to

the software or scanning their IDs. The meetings can be booked
by the host along with the meeting room.
The software also manages to print the visitor badge with their
details. Access to permitted areas can be restricted by either
using the color code on the badge or integrating the solution with
the access control system.
It can also generate an emergency report in case of fire or any
other emergency situation about the visitors in the building. The

Exchange Server, Active Directory Server, MS Outlook etc.

Handheld and Fixed RFID reader can be used to perform daily audits and monitor the movements of the assets. The system notifies you and/or prevents unauthorized movement of assets. It can send messages via screen pop-ups, SMS and email. It can also take actions to lock doors, turn on a buzzer and/or strobe lights and record the event via surveillance camera. The Notification Module will notify you of important due dates. It sends emails to all responsible parties to remind them of PM due dates, calibration due dates, asset expiration dates or even asset warranty expiration dates. By installing fixed RFID readers and antennas at strategic locations (doorways, shelves, desks, etc.), the movement and location of files are automatically updated in real-time. Files can be checked out to a person, a role, a department or even outside entity. System will keep the complete chain of custody information and automatically send due date reminders via email.
