HammerHead® Trenchless CIPP Lining and
Point Repair Systems Booth #5421
Tuesday 9:30 am and 1:00 pm | Wednesday 9:30 am and 1:00 pm
HammerHead Trenchless will be performing live demonstrations of the latest
technologies in lateral rehabilitation including cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining
systems and sectional point repair solutions. HammerHead manufactures
industry-leading CIPP installation equipment designed for maximum efficiency
on the job, including our patent-pending QuickLok inversion drums and the
WT212-3D automated liner wet-out system. Learn from the trenchless experts
about these and other innovations for pipe rehabilitation and replacement in the
HammerHead booth!
Subsite Electronics® Utility Inspection Systems, Booth #5411
Learn about the full line of Subsite Electronics utility inspection systems including
CCTV, sonar profiling, 3-D, and point cloud data capture. Our CCTV equipment is
built around single conductor technology, which accommodates all power feed
and command functions in a single steel-wrapped cable to make our equipment
less bulky, easier to control, and far more durable than typical multi-conductor
technology. Subsite Electronics utility inspection demonstrations will take place in
the HammerHead Trenchless booth.
MaxLiner USA, Booth #1151
Watch the MaxLiner® System in action. It’s portability and size enables it to get into
the toughest spots to reline lateral and in-building vertical pipes. Maxliner’s liners
can negotiate multiple bends up to 90-degrees or radially expand for diameter
transitions. MaxLiner provides the equipment, quality materials and ongoing support
you need to succeed in lateral CIPP rehabilitation.

HammerHead® Trenchless BlueLight™ LED
CIPP Lining System
Tuesday 11:30 am and 2:00 pm | Wednesday 11:30 am and 2:00 pm
HammerHead® Trenchless will be demonstrating our exclusive BlueLight LED-curing
CIPP system for lateral rehabilitation. Unlike traditional CIPP lining systems that use
epoxy resins cured with steam, hot water or ambient air, the BlueLight system uses
specially-formulated resin that cures with LED light as fast as 5.4 feet per minute!
GapVax
GapVax will be showcasing the GapVax MC Series Combination JetVac, a wet only
vacuum truck. Several new options have been added to our MC Series unit, and we
are excited to demonstrate these new features and the unit’s ease of operation. We’ll
be partnering with NozzTeq to demonstrate jetting with various nozzles.
Unit description: The debris body ranges from five to twelve cubic yards (stainless
steel also available). The stainless steel water tank’s capacity can hold up to 2,000
gallons. The MC Series vacuum pump options range from 3,500 to 5,000 CFM with
up to 27” Hg. The GapVax Combo JetVac is also equipped with an 8’ front-mounted,
telescopic boom, reaching 26’ with a 180° rotation. The standard water pump is rated
at 80 GPM @ 2,000 PSI. Multiple options allow you to have the most versatile unit on
the market and GapVax custom builds to meet your needs.
NozzTeq
Taking Science to the Sewer!® NozzTeq® makes the most innovative and effective
sewer nozzles and cutters available. Our nozzles are engineered to preserve smooth
flows from truck to nozzle end, so jet streams are tight and powerful, even at lower
pressures. See our live demos at WWETT Live! in Lucas Oil Stadium and learn how to
clean sewers better, faster, with fewer passes and less fuel; that’s what science is for!
