2. Process
In these screenshots I have made the logo for my clothing
brand. I chose the name “All Four” because it is a name of
a card game. I drew them with the mouse and the
paintbrush tool. I found a photo of the card suits and some
font called Gill Sans made it 72pt and ultra bold on the
text. I chose this font because none of the other fonts in my
pre-production went well with the logo design. I also used
2 different versions of red and black. One for the outline
and one for fill colour. I then drew outlines of the font and
the card suits with the paint brush. I then used the magic
brush tool and the paint bucket tool on the outlines and
coloured in the text and the card suits. I finished the logo
off by creating a box at the the top with the word ”All”. I
used the rectangle shape tool and the same font as the
“Four” text and out lined them both with the paint brush
tool. I then used the magic brush and paint bucket tools
only on the rectangle because I liked the outline of the text
on a black background. I really like how this turned out
because I think red and black is a really good combination.
This is even better as it is based on playing cards with their
main colour scheme of red and black.
3. Process
Here I created a hoodie design similar
to my experiments. I ended up
swapping around the text and the
logo and also changed the font of the
text. I chose the font because it is the
same font as my logo. I also created a
logo similar to the one on the
experiment but I ordered the card
suits in the order of my logo. The text
and the logo is supposed to go on the
sides of the hoodies. I really like the
designs of these hoodies but I do
prefer the experiments due to the font
used in them. However if I used the
same font for this as my experiment it
would really go with the aesthetic of
the brand and would stand out. The
font will become identified with the
brand.
4. Process
Here are two different t-shirt designs that
I created. The white one is a plain card
suit logo that I drew with my drawing
tablet and the paint brush tool. I drew
these close to the order of my logo
because I didn’t want to have the red
heart under the red diamond as that
wouldn't of looked correct and I didn't
want to change the heart to a black as that
wouldn't of gone with the logo order. For
the black t-shirt I just took my logo and
put it in the middle of a black t-shirt
template. I like both these t-shirts designs
because they are simple but they look
good as the colours contrast well with
each other.
5. Process
• Here I created t-shirt designs that
have different colours. To do this
I took the logo that created for
my white card suit t-shirt and
used the levels setting. I turned
the level down to white and
turned it up to get black. I then
put the logo on two red t-shirts
and then used the hue/saturation
settings to change them into
different colours. I like how these
ended up because I had never
thought of using these settings
and it gives me a variation of
different colours that customers
could choose.
6. Process
For this t-shirt I took my suits t-shirt
logo and duplicated them next to each
other and merged the layers of all the
suits. Then I duplicated them again as
a big row but upwards and downwards
so they covered the t-shirt. Then I
used the quick selection tool and
covered the t-shirt and inversed it.
This meant I could rub out the outside
card suits and it would just be on the t-
shirt. Finally I put my logo on the
pocket of the t-shirt to make sure it
qualifies as my brand. Overall I really
like this design because its quite jazzy
and I like the repetitive logo.
7. Process
• When creating my website I decided to use Wix Website Editor.
This was a good idea because I had many options to choose when
creating my website however using some of their options were quite
annoying as they wouldn’t place correctly. I have 2 pages. One that
is my home page and one that people can take a look at my
products. I added my logo at the top and made that a link back to
the home pages. I used the buttons for the products and I linked
them to the my products page of the websites. I have also used a
menu section so people can click on my products page and I have a
cart bag for people to buy my products. At the top near the logo I
added a part that tells the customers about the brand and my
reasoning to create it. This will be good for newcomers of the brand
as they will be able to know some reasoning on why I created my
brand. For my products I have put the price of my t-shirts at £10
and for my hoodies I have put them as £15. The colour suits t-shirts
I have a colour setting so customers can choose what colour they
want. I have also added a size list so people can choose the size they
need. I have done small, medium and large.
