OES, many of these Local and International Surveyor(s) form
part of our own network, a respected group of friends or
colleagues we’ve encountered over the years.

Our Local and International Surveyor(s) play a crucial role in
OPS-OES helping us guarantee we have the right people for the
job—wherever and whenever they’re needed and get the job done
correctly and on time.
Our group of Local and International Surveyor(s) consists of
and coming from various country’s such as Thailand, Denmark,
Australia, US, Germany, Sweden, Holland, New Zeeland, etc.
They can be mobilized on short notice 24/7 for Inspection(s) and
Survey(s).

What type of Reports are used during Rig Inspection?
Our Daily Reports are issued to Client with bullet points on how the inspection
is proceeding.
Our Kick-Off Meeting is to verify that the scope of work has been discussed
with all party’s prior to Inspection start.
Our End Off Inspection Meeting is used prior to OPS-OES Surveyor(s) are
leaving the inspected unit to discuss all inspection findings with all party’s.
Our xls. friendly Deficiency List with reference and status list is updated on
daily basis with Critical, Major & Minor findings and send to Client on daily
basis for review.
Our Final Inspection Report is in details also showing how was the equipment
inspected and contains any relevant OEM, API, Class criteria were needed.
Our equipment numbering follows OPS-OES and IADC.

What type of Rig Acceptance Programmes (SIT) does
OPS-OES have to present to Client’s?
Our detailed SIT is based on each rigs equipment such as pipe handling
system and cyber operation that in detail will be discussed with Client
for approval prior to start SIT.

How does OPS-OES support Critical, Major, Minor
recommendations to Client’s?
Our extensive technical library does have several technical support
documents for various equipment based on OEM, API, Class requirements.
Example issues with Third Party handling tools inspection does not met API RP
8B criteria.
How do we support Well Control Equipment Acceptance?
Example Contractor has send Ram BOP to None-OEM Service Center which
now can become a Critical issue for acceptance based on Client’s Well
Control Equipment Acceptance criteria.
