Description:
The project wants to offer to students and interested lecturers to collaboratively gather and maintain
a collection of learning content, including lecture notes, elaborations of exam questions, content
elaborations etc. This collection of learning documents is based on a Wiki system, which has been
specially adapted to yield very simple handling, alignment of the documents with curricula, and the
option to print all files.
The documents are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License, granting
free distribution, reusability and editing. By using a Wiki system, Quality assurance and improvement
is covered in peer-review processes by the users themselves. The goal is to acquire a large pool of
high-quality learning documents, which can be adapted by lecturers as official notes or as material in
lectures, and which can also help students to cooperatively work on learning matter and get access
to additional material, leading to better understanding of complex topics.
In order to efficiently press on with the development of the adapted wiki software, it will be
restructured as additional module to the Mediawiki-software, and it will be hosted as a transparent
Open Source project at SourceForge.net.
It is a large and important goal to unite the numerous small web-based note exchanges in a large-
scale project with decentralized, community-based administration.

This is a student initiative in which students started a collection of minutes, notes and scripts which
they took in lectures and seminars in universities.
The students aim to provide useful information to all other students and publish all their materials
under creative commons, openly available.
The initiative focuses on Access but is unique because materials are coming from students for
students.
