This document proposes a way to improve both employee productivity and engagement using a simple online platform and processes. It claims that traditional annual reviews and goal-setting do not support productivity in the modern world. The proposed approach aims to 1) energize meaningful connections between important goals, 2) continuously measure progress towards goals, and 3) foster growth through feedback.
