• Sales Team connects with HR Team of the Client.
• Understands the Client Requirements , Recruitment Plan and Process.
• Sends and Introduction email and proposal asking for email acceptance and JD’s of open positions.
• Signs the Service Agreement and Introduces the TARM Delivery Single Point of Contact (Consultant).
Delivery
• TARM Consultant connects with the Client HR.
• Understands the requirement and interview process.
• TARM Consultant internally allocates R&D Sourcing Team to initiate the delivery Process.
• Consultants research on Competitive Companies and source matching candidates.
Submissions
• TARM Consultant connects with the identified talent .
• Briefs the candidates on the career path and client and roll match.
• On the candidate approval forwards the profile to the client for short listing.
• Across all junior , mid and senior levels we submit profiles in 12, 24-36 and 48 hours respectively
Interview
Process
• On receiving the short-listing we schedule the 1st and 2nd HR Rounds of interview.
• We ensure the candidates are on time and attend the interviews.
• Follow-up with the client for offer and date of joining.
• Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and during the notice period to curb back out and ensure joining
Post Joining
Followup
• We follow-up with the candidates on every 12 day interval till the completion of 3 months.
• We raise the invoice on the day of joining.
• We follow-up for the payments as agreed in the consulting agreement.
• We ask you for a feedback every quarter to improve our services and delivery process.
