Important Information
No Elevators Day is all about incorporating physical activity into your busy day. We want to get as many
people involved as possible, and by people we mean everybody, regardless of their age, physical ability
or fitness level.
For the simple reason that climbing the stairs is not possible for everybody, we also created alternative
ways to be active while still be able to use the elevator, so everyone can be part of No Elevators Day!
Find out more in our online Resource-Hub on our Website!
All activities under the No Elevators Day title are voluntary and should take into consideration
accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and medical conditions.

towards a more physically active lifestyle by promoting taking the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
It can be country-specific and customised to individual needs.
