FROM SELECTED LEADERS!
Sir Magdi Yacoub,focuses on children’s charity Chain Of Hope, which he
founded in 1995, and Egypt’s Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation, which
supports the Aswan Heart Center
 Yacoub is in his 70’s, he still believes in making a difference in people’s
lives.
 He believes in his staff and empowered them and trained them well that
they can make surgeries alone, as he said “ I am here or I am not here
is the same” and it shows his trust and that he believes in his staff.

 He believed that employees are the real
creators of value in any company.
 He empowered employees to create and solve
