Title : Organizational Planning and Meeting Conference of
Division Federated Teacher-Adviser Officers of Supreme
Student Government (SSG) and Supreme Pupil
Government (SPG), Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) and
Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O)
Participants : 3 PDO’s, Division Federated Teacher-Adviser Officers of
SSG and SPG, BKD and YES-O and 2 Secretariats
Venue : Conference Room, Amas, SDO-Cotabato

I.Rationale
Schools Division Office of Cotabato has been implementing youth formation projects,
activities and programs for the past years. For this year, many programs and projects were
carried out and some were not conducted due to COVID-19 pandemic especially on the
different programs, projects and activities of Youth Formation Division. To assess the
execution/non-execution of the program, there is a need to recognize the partner agencies,
communities and schools that the YFD sought support and assistance towards the
fulfillment of YFD’s vision and agenda.
The SDO-Cotabato, in its pursuit of excellence and continued adherence to the principle
of fitness and merit as embodied in the Enhanced Division Learning Continuity Plan
(EDBE-LCP), the YFD shall spearhead the quarterly organizational planning and
meeting conference for Division Federated Teacher-Adviser Officers of SSG and
SPG, BKD and YES-O that aims to establish clear directions and milestones for

the Division YFD Program Coordinators in dealing with the programs and activities
of youth in schools
By elevating the standards of YFD’s profession, we ensure that our programs, projects and
activities produces sustainability and goal-oriented projects that uphold integrity and
accountability.

III. OBJECTIVES
This project aims to:
a. review the programs and projects on youth formation that will be aligned to the
new road map of YFD Central Office,
b. showcase the best practices of the SPG, SSG, BKD and YES-O Implementation,
c. establish clear directions and milestones for the Division Federation Officers of
YFD Programs in dealing with the programs and activities of youth in schools,
and
d. discuss other YFD related matters.
IV. TYPE OF DELIVERY
Face-To-Face Presentation of Best Practices, Showcasing
Accomplishments and Achievements and Planning Meeting
V. METHODOLOGY
To attain the objectives of the activity and to ensure experiential and collaborative
learning, the following methods or strategies shall be employed during the virtual activity:
• Power point and video clips presentation
All participants shall strictly adhere to the COVID-19 Minimum Standards of Safe Practice
and Protocols such as body temperature scanning, prepositioning of foot bath, wearing of
face mask, social/physical distancing, proper handwashing and other necessary health
protocols prescribed by the Department of Health (DOH).

VII. EXPECTED OUTCOMES
At the end of the activity, participants are expected to:
 have a proper and well-organized delivery of programs and ensure that the
participants are able to grasp the information as delivered.
 captured the best practices presented by each municipality, and
 be more empowered school especially the youth during new normal education.

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Attendance Sheets, Documentations and After Activity Report (AAR) are to be
submitted to the Office of the SDS and SGOD after the conduct of the activity. The
Division Monitoring Team shall evaluate and monitor the activity to identify practices
that need improvement and sustainability.
