2. INTRODUCTION
My name is Noor Ahmed, I am a self
Improvement youtuber. My goal is
to prevent adversities in people’s lives,
and inspire them to change.
I’m going to explain the 3 key steps
for changing your life in 6 – 12 months.
3. WHAT IS MONK MODE?
Monk Mode is a state of deep focus on ONE specific thing: your goals. Which
means, monk mode is useless if you don’t know your purpose. If you still don’t know
what you want, don’t get discouraged. In fact, start getting dedicated. Find out what
your best morning routine is, what do you like to do most besides videogames, junk
food, social media, spending time with family, and etc.? Example: Do you like to
draw? Do you like working out? What do you do first thing when you wake up?
Nonetheless, if you know or don’t know your purpose, you could still monetize it if
you put in the WORK! You could achieve anything if you put your mind to it, THAT’S
monk mode. Monk mode is

4. 1. SET A SPECIFIC GOAL
Like I said: finding your morning routine is important,
but that’s not everything. Set deadlines, because these goals
won’t last forever. For example: reach 100000 subscribers on
youtube [Jan 24st – October 22nd]. Here you go. Now
imitate that same idea but be REALISTIC, how big is your
goal? How are you going to reach that certain goal? Make
your own master plan, be that mad scientist. Write down the
list of things on the notepad on your phone or laptop, or get
your own notebook. The more specific, the better. Start
NOW! A good plan today is better than a perfect plan
tomorrow.

2. SET A SPECIFIC ROUTINE
YES, I KNOW I ALREADY SAID SET A MORNING ROUTINE
BUT THAT’S STILL NOT EVERYTHING. I KNOW I SOUND
LIKE AN A**HOLE, BUT TRUST ME. THE MORE SPECIFIC
YOU ARE, THE BETTER YOUR PLAN IS. THE MORE LIKELY YOU ARE
TO EXECUTE THAT PLAN, REMEMBER: YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR MIND
TO YOUR GOAL ONLY, NOTHING ELSE. HOW DO YOU MAKE A ROUTINE?
EXAMPLE: MAKE A SCORECARD, AND MARK YOUR HABIT EVERYTIME [X]

[] TURN OFF ALARM
[] MAKE MY BED
[] TAKE MY SHOWER
[] HANG UP TOWEL TO DRY
[] EAT MY BREAKFAST
[] START WORKDAY
[] END WORKDAY
[] AND SO ON..
6. 3. SACRIFICE TO DOMINATE
In order to act in alignment to your goals, you have to change
your identity, in other words: become yourself.
Sacrifice every single thing that is wasting your time and
potential. For example: social media (wastes your time), porn
(yes..), junk food
(affects your mindset and performance), and etc. It’s okay to
not talk to your family for a while if you’re too busy on a goal.
The main point is to scarifce bad habits and create good ones
that benefit you and help you make progress in anything, for
example:
1. EXERCISE: Improves your Fluid IQ, helps you focus.
2. JOURNALING: Helps you track your progress and what you
can improve, etc.
3. MEDITATION: reduces stress and helps you focus on work.
And so on.. The main point is that these habits are parts of your
goals.
