Pulp stock enters through tangential inlet which accelerates the stock to
downward centrifugal motion. Contaminants like dirt, shive and specks with high
specificgravityareforcedtoouterwallofconeanddownwardthroughrejectoutletnd
orifice. Rejects are collected in a tank which is again fed to the 2 stage of
cleaning. The cleaned pulp stock rises through center of bottle toward the accept
outlet.

CENTRICLEANER SYSTEM
The excellent and reliable thickening performance of the gravity drum
thickener is based upon 50 years of pulp dewatering experience. The drum
thickener is a simple, cost-efficient, and reliable filter for dewatering stock and
broke,aswellasforvirginandrecycledfiber.
Starch spraying system boosts the strength of the paper. The system uses
quality precision nozzles to discharge a suspended starch solution to the
fiber web of the paper. Amount of the starch solution sprayed and proper
mixing of chemicals is very critical in deciding the quality and strength of the
paper.
ATSpulperofferedbyusareidealfordissolvingcellulosewastepaperboardsas
well as broke form the machine. These ATS pulper is a continuous type pulper
and known for their high performance, reliability and long functional life. Our

The Strainer is located on four springs to the tub. The vibrating is driven by an electric motor.There is a shower pipe bolted to the tub. When operating,
the vibrator sets the screen in a vibrating motion. The motion is enabled by a shaft with eccentrics weight. The stock flows on a screen and, using the
vibratingmotion,thegoodstockgoesthroughthescreenintothetub,andtherestthatcan´tpassthroughthescreenismovedupwardsintoareject.The
screen reject is washed by the shower pipe on the screening part. The water level under the screen is adjustable with a slide so that the screen self-
cleaningprocesswouldstart.
