● There were opportunities to expand the range of
products and their prices. In addition, they also
would have brought in new features and
application on to the windows OS.
● The deal between Microsoft and Nokia was the
win-win situation for both companies. This will
even best if they have used their resource well.
Opportunity
● Some products are luxury products so they
might be blacklisted by the economy class. ▪
● Due to the competition in the market company
lowered the profit and this affected with the
revenue statistics in 2014.
● The sales service is much criticized for poor
performance.
● It was very slow to cope up the market pace and
as a result of that they lost huge market shares.
Weakness
● Low cost mobile by China mobile companies
and others can be the cause major issues.
● There are two ecosystems available to compete
with.Threats
● Products are available in all the variants and
different price range.
● The product has lucrative offers and the
accessories with it.
● The biggest strength of the Nokia is their brand
name. Many consumers often choose Nokia’s
phone over other phones because of the
creativity, durability, and reliability.
● Resale value of the mobile is very good against
the other brand.

● Nokia has been an industry leader for many years however
the market has changed quickly and Nokia must right itself.
● Switching to windows didn’t play well for Nokia.
● They should not stop the NOKIA-Intel made Meego OS.
● The employees behave like the trojan horse and swallow the
company inside out.
