Responsibilities:
• Performing “Molecular Techniques” such as Real time PCR, DNA & RNA extraction
techniques in aseptic conditions, Polymerase Chain Reaction and gel
electrophoresis DNA analysis
• Protein extraction techniques, Western hybridization analysis using SDS PAGE,
performing protein assays, ELISA and Proteome Profiler assays
• Tissue and cell culture techniques such as isolating Splenocytes and Dendritic Cells
from Mouse Tissue, culturing cell lines, isolating mononuclear cells from human
blood samples
• Histology techniques such as Embedding, cutting and H&E staining
